How we process, ship, track, and deliver your Gujarat Tract Book Store orders.

After an order is placed and payment is confirmed, processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Sunday and public-holiday orders start on the next business day. Sales, festivals, or high demand may take longer. We send an email or SMS after processing.
We deliver across India through reliable courier partners to serviceable addresses. For international shipping, contact customer support before placing an order.
Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days for metro cities, 2–3 for other cities, and 3–5 for rural or remote areas. These estimates can change because of courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
GTBS confirms shipping charges in WhatsApp based on delivery location, order value, package weight, and selected shipping method before you complete the purchase.
Free shipping may apply to eligible orders meeting a minimum value. GTBS confirms any offer in WhatsApp before accepting the order.
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation by email or SMS. Use the supplied tracking information to monitor delivery.
Courier partners make one or more attempts. Delivery can fail because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or invalid contact details. Returned packages and requested re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges.
Every order is carefully packed to protect books and other products in transit and help them arrive in excellent condition.
For a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours, include the order number, and provide clear package and Product photographs when applicable. We will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution.
